Irish Vegan Pasta Bake
A comforting and flavorful vegan pasta bake with a hint of zesty spices, perfect for a satisfying meal. This dish is free from animal products and showcases a plant-based twist on a classic Irish dish.
Ingredients
- β1 cup zesty vegan pasta saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 package (12 sausages) Irish vegan sausageslook for vegan sausages made from plant-based ingredients
- β1 pound pastachoose a vegan-friendly pasta
- β1 cup non-dairy milksuch as soy milk or almond milk
- β1 cup vegan mozzarella shredsmade from plant-based ingredients
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyoptional garnish
- βto taste salt and pepperseason to taste
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor greasing the baking dish

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Irish vegan sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the zesty vegan pasta sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, sausages, and sauce. Stir to combine.
