Thai Meat Pie
A twist on traditional Thai cuisine with a savory meat pie. Flaky pastry crust filled with zesty Thai-inspired meat filling.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Australian Grass-Feed Beef
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell Pepper
- β2 tbsp Zesty Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 package Flaky Pie Crust
- β2 tsp Fish Sauce
- β2 tsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Brown Sugar
- β1 cup Coconut Milk
- β1/4 cup Thai Basil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out pie crust to fit 9-inch pie dish.

In a large pan, cook Australian Grass-Feed Beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking into small pieces.

Add Onion and Bell Pepper to the pan, cooking until vegetables are tender.

Stir in Zesty Thai Red Curry Paste, cooking for 1-2 minutes.

Add Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, and Brown Sugar to the pan, stirring to combine.

Pour in Coconut Milk and bring mixture to a simmer.

Stir in Thai Basil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Transfer meat mixture to the pie crust.

Roll out remaining pie crust to fit top of pie.

Place top crust on pie and crimp edges to seal.
