Spanish Apricot Chicken Fideua
A twist on traditional Spanish fideua, this recipe pairs the nutty flavor of fideua with the sweetness of apricot and the spice of zesty chicken.
Ingredients

- β500g Boneless Chicken Breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β150g Diced Apricotcanned or fresh, chopped
- β40ml Zesty Olive Oilolive oil infused with garlic and chili peppers
- β10g Spanish Smoked Paprikasmoked paprika adds a smoky depth
- β5g Saltfor seasoning
- β5g Black Pepperfor seasoning
