Delicious Adana Kebap with Turkish-Style Roasted Swede

- β2 medium Swede
- β200g Crunchy salad mix
- β2 tbsp Zesty lemon juice
- β2 tbsp Turkish olive oil
- β Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C.

Peel and chop the Swede into 2cm cubes and place on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with Turkish olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
