Irish Charred Beef Stew

Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons zesty seasoning blend
- β1 large chopped onionchopped
- β2 medium carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 large potatoespeeled and chopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β2 cups beef broth

Season the beef with zesty seasoning blend, salt, and pepper.

Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the oil and sear the beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
