Thai Chicken Wraps
Delicious Thai-inspired wraps filled with spicy chicken, crunchy vegetables, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons zesty sauce
- β1 bunch middle eastern leaf
- β4-6 wet wrap
- β1 tablespoon eastern spices
- β2 tablespoons brineoptional
- β1 small tifor garnish
Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together zesty sauce, eastern spices, and brine (if using).

2. Add chicken breast to the marinade and mix until coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

5. Remove chicken from the marinade and cook until browned and cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, toast the wet wrap on the grill or in a dry pan.

7. Assemble the wraps by slicing the cooked chicken and placing it on the toasted wrap.

8. Top with middle eastern leaf, ti, and any desired additional toppings.
