Beef Pho with Indian Twist

- ●2 inches Gingergrated
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced

- ●1 tsp Cumin seeds
- ●1 tsp Coriander powder
- ●1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●4 cups Beef brothlow-sodium
- ●200g Pho noodles

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and sauté until fragrant.

Add ginger, garlic, and onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
