Argentinian Parrillada Tofu
A delicious and healthy twist on the classic Argentinian Parrillada, featuring marinated tofu instead of meat.
Ingredients
- β1 block Extra-firm tofupressed and drained
- β2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- β2 tbsp Yummy chimichurri sauce
- β1 tsp Parrillada seasoning
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- β1 loaf Argentinian bread
- β1 cup Roasted vegetablessuch as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and chimichurri sauce.

3. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and place in a separate bowl.

4. Pour soy sauce mixture over tofu and toss to coat.

5. Add parrillada seasoning, garlic, and parsley to the tofu mixture and toss again.

6. Grill tofu for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

7. Meanwhile, slice Argentinian bread into 1-inch thick slices.

8. Grill bread for 1-2 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted.

9. Serve tofu on top of grilled bread, with roasted vegetables on the side.
