Mexican Cheese Fritters

Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded cheddar cheese
- β1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons dutch process cocoa powder
- β1/4 cup stir-fry oil
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the cheese and stir until well combined.

Using a spoon, drop small balls of the cheese mixture into the hot oil.
