German Cheese Frittata
A classic German breakfast dish made with cheese, eggs, and a hint of Dutch influence.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup grated cheesesuch as Emmental or Gruyère
- ●1/2 cup milk

- ●1 medium diced onionoptional

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Add grated cheese and mix until well combined.

If using, add diced onion and chopped parsley and mix well.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.
