Malaysian-Style Chicken Tagine
A rich and aromatic chicken tagine recipe inspired by Malaysian flavors, with a blend of spices and a hint of charred goodness. Perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Chicken breast or thighs
- β1 cup Yummy rice
- β2 medium Charred onions
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian spicescurry powder, cumin, coriander
- β1 cup Tagine sauce
- β1/4 cup shredded Cheese (optional)
- β1 can Coconut milkfull-fat
- β Salt and pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven or clay tagine over medium heat.

Add onions and cook until charred, about 8 minutes.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
