Algerian Chicken Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy Algerian-inspired dish featuring marinated chicken kebabs grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of couscous and vegetables for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/4 cup yummy olive oil
- β2 tablespoons algerian spice blend
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β10-12 kebab skewers

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Algerian spice blend, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
