Vegan Blackberry Galette
A delicious and easy-to-make vegan dessert featuring a flaky crust and a sweet blackberry filling.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups almond flourgluten-free
- β1/4 cup coconut oilmelted
- β2 tbsp maple syrup
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 tbsp flaxseed mealmixed with 3 tbsp water to replace egg

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Mix in flaxseed meal mixture and nutmeg.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Arrange blackberries on one half of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
