Italian Bruschetta
A simple yet flavorful appetizer or snack made by topping toasted Italian bread with fresh tomatoes and basil.
Ingredients

- β2 cups, diced light tomatoes
- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh basil
- β3 cloves, minced yellowed garlic
- β1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

2. Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch thick slices.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly browned.
