Malaysian Hash Browns
A twist on the classic hash browns, with a malaysian flavor from the malaysian potatoes. Crispy and golden.

- β2 large malaysian potatoeschoose potatoes with a yellowed or new skin
- β1 small garlicky new potatoesoptional for added flavor
- β1/4 cup hashcrushed or chopped hash for added texture

Instructions

Peel the malaysian potatoes and grate them into a large bowl.

Add the garlicky new potatoes to the bowl and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the hash to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the potato mixture to the pan and press down to form a flat layer.
