Tripe Fritters with Brazilian Twist

- β1/2 cup, crumbled Flaky Brazilian Cheese (Queijo Minas)
- β1 medium, finely chopped Yellowed Onion
- β1 cup, crushed Fritters
- β1 large, beaten Egg
- β1 cup, gluten-free Breadcrumbs

1. In a large bowl, combine tripe, cheese, onion, and egg. Mix well.
