Crispy Tripe Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring tripe, stir-fried with vegetables and served with a side of crispy fritters.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Tripecleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium, sliced Yellow onions
- β4-6 pieces Brazilian fritterscrushed into small pieces
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β1-inch piece, sliced Ginger
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup, chopped Green onions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for another minute.

Add the tripe and cook until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic, and stir to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the tripe is cooked through.

Stir in the crushed fritters and chopped green onions.

Cook for another minute, until everything is well combined.
