Italian-Style Kisir Salad
A twist on traditional Turkish kisir, this Italian-inspired salad combines the flavors of Italy with the spice of Turkish cuisine. Crunchy bulgur and fresh vegetables come together in a delicious and healthy dish.
Ingredients

- β1 large cucumber
- β1/2 medium red onion
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tsp turkish pepper

Instructions

Cook the bulgur according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked bulgur, chopped vegetables, and minced garlic.
