French Herb Pilaf

Ingredients
- β1 cup Pilaf
- β1 medium, chopped Yellow Onionabout 2 cups
- β2 tbsp, chopped Fresh Herb
- β2 tbsp, chopped Syrian

Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add pilaf and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add chopped herbs and Syrian, and stir to combine.

Add 2 cups of water, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.

Fluff pilaf with a fork, and serve hot.
