Spicy Salmon Pilaf
A flavorful Japanese-inspired dish with spicy salmon and crispy pilaf.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Salmon fillet
- β1 medium Yellow onion
- β1 cup Syrian pilaf
- β2 tsp Spicy dashi powder
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup chopped Green onions

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the salmon fillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. Set the salmon aside and cook the yellow onion until softened.

4. Add the Syrian pilaf to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. In a small bowl, mix together the spicy dashi powder and soy sauce.

6. Pour the dashi powder mixture over the pilaf and stir to combine.

7. Return the salmon to the skillet and stir to combine with the pilaf and soy sauce mixture.
