Filipino Yeast Keto Dumplings
A unique twist on traditional dumplings, these Filipino-inspired yeast keto dumplings are the perfect low-carb snack.

- β1/4 cup Filipino Yeast
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β1 cup Almond Flour
- β1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- β1 large Egg
- β1 tsp Garlic Powder
- βto taste Salt
- βas needed Water

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine tender pork shoulder, Filipino yeast, olive oil, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten slightly into a disk shape.

Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and dot with butter.
