Creamy JAMAICAN Pasta Bake
A rich and tangy Italian-inspired pasta bake infused with the warm flavors of Jamaica. Perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz. pasta
- β1 cup shredded mozzarella bake
- β2 cloves garlic, minced tangy
- β1/4 cup grated Parmesan xtra
- β2 tbsp. olive oilfor greasing the baking dish
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βchopped, for garnish fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until melted and well combined.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the cheese mixture.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
