Polish Dumplings with Rich Cheese Filling
A traditional Polish dish featuring homemade dumplings filled with a rich cheese mixture. Perfect as a hearty snack or light lunch.
Ingredients

- β1 cup rich sour cream
- β1 cup polish cheese
- β12 pieces dumplings

In a large mixing bowl, combine xtra flour and salt. Gradually add in sour cream, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten slightly into a disk shape.

In a separate bowl, mix together polish cheese until well combined.

Place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto the center of each dough disk. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape, pressing edges to seal.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently add the dumplings to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
