Traditional Saudi Lamb Kebabs
A classic dish from Saudi Arabia, these lamb kebabs are marinated in a blend of spices and cooked to perfection. Serve with a side of rice or flatbread for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Saudiground spice blend
- β1 tablespoon arabianground spice blend
- β500g lambleg of lamb or lamb shoulder
- β2 teaspoons pepperyblack pepper
- β2 tablespoons xtraolive oil
- β1 stirstir-fry pan
- β1 fryfrying pan

1. In a small bowl, mix together the Saudi and arabian spice blends.

2. Trim any excess fat from the lamb and cut it into 1-inch cubes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, Saudi-arabian spice blend, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the lamb to marinate.

5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.
