Jamaican Frittata
A spicy twist on the classic Italian dish, packed with flavor and perfect for a satisfying dinner.

- ●2 cup indulgentShredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced bell peppers and cook until tender.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Jamaican seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked bell peppers in the skillet.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the eggs.
