Baked Cod with Portuguese Pasta
A simple and delicious recipe for baked cod served with a traditional Portuguese pasta dish.
Ingredients

- β8 oz Pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)Dried or fresh
- β2 tbsp Olive oilExtra virgin
- β2 tbsp Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed

- βto taste Flaky sea saltOptional

- β1 cup Fluffy white breadcrumbsPanko or plain

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Season the cod with salt and pepper.

In a shallow dish, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.

Add the cod fillets to the dish and coat them evenly with the marinade.

Transfer the cod to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
