Tuscan Apple Strata
A simple breakfast or brunch dish featuring layers of bread, apples, and stracciatella cheese.
Ingredients

- β3 applesdiced
- β1 cup stracciatella cheeseshredded
- β4 eggsbeaten
- βto taste salt
- β1 tsp tuscan seasoning

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices and layer half of them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. Top the bread with the diced apples and shredded stracciatella cheese.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and a pinch of salt.

5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and apple layer.

6. Top with the remaining bread slices.

7. Sprinkle with tuscan seasoning.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
