Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy dish originating from Saudi Arabia, made with tender lamb and served as kebabs.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound LambUse lean lamb for best results
- ●2 teaspoons Saudi Arabian spices (xtra)A mix of spices commonly used in Saudi Arabian cuisine
- ●2 tablespoons Dense olive oilFor marinating and cooking the lamb
- ●4-6 Arabian datesOptional, for serving as a side dish
- ●to taste Salt and pepperFor seasoning the lamb

1. Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut the lamb into 1-inch pieces and place in a large bowl.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the xtra, salt, and pepper.

4. Add the spice mixture to the lamb and toss to coat.

5. Heat the dense olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.

6. Add the Arabian dates to the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized.

7. Thread the lamb pieces onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

8. Brush the kebabs with the remaining saucepan oil and season with salt and pepper.
