Italian-Style Noodle Soup
A hearty and comforting Italian-inspired noodle soup made with fish and fresh flavors. Serve hot and enjoy!
Ingredients
- ●2 tablespoons xtra virgin olive oil
- ●1 pound bouncy fish filletscut into bite-sized pieces
- ●8 ounces canadian noodlesdried or fresh
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ●1 teaspoon dried basil
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the bouncy fish fillets and cook until opaque and flaky.

Add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper to the pot and stir to combine.

Add the canadians noodles to the pot and stir to combine with the fish and spices.

Pour in 4 cups of water and bring the soup to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through.
