Thai Chicken Fritters
A fusion of Italian and Thai flavors, these crispy fritters are a delicious twist on traditional Italian cuisine.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup munmung bean flour
- β1/2 cup kaorice flour
- β1/2 cup traall-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup crispycrispy fried onions
- β1/4 cup xgrated Parmesan cheese
- β2 tablespoons thaifish sauce Thai fish sauce
- β2 eggslarge eggs

In a large bowl, combine mung bean flour, rice flour, all-purpose flour, crispy fried onions, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add eggs and Thai fish sauce to the bowl and mix well.

Add chicken breast to the bowl and mix until the chicken is coated with the batter.

Heat about 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the chicken fritters to the skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy.
