Winey Beef Teriyaki Wrap
A fusion of Japanese and Argentinian flavors, this dish combines the sweetness of winey beef with the tanginess of lemon and the crunch of a crispy wrap.

- β250g Argentinian Beef Striploin
- β1 Lemon
- β100ml Winey Glaze
- β1 Soft Japanese Wrap
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- β1 Green Onions
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- β1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- β100ml Water

1. Slice the beef into thin strips and season with soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame seeds.

2. Heat a pan with a little oil and sear the beef for 2-3 minutes.

3. In a separate pan, combine the winey glaze, ginger, and water to make the teriyaki sauce.

4. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.

5. Add the beef strips to the teriyaki sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes until coated.
