Winey Beef Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry with a twist of winey beef. Serve over rice or noodles for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- β0.5 lbs Winey Beef (sirloin or flank steak)
- β2 tbsp Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- β1 Lemonjuiced
- β4-6 Wonton Wraps (or any other Asian-style wrap)

1. Slice the winey beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the beef to the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.

4. Add the argentinian chimichurri sauce to the wok and stir to combine.

5. Add the lemon juice to the wok and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

7. Meanwhile, cook the wonton wraps according to package instructions.

8. Assemble the stir fry by placing a portion of the beef mixture onto each wrap, and serving hot.
