Peruvian Ceviche
A refreshing Peruvian dish made with raw fish marinated in citrus juices and spices.

- β1 pound Peruvian ceviche fishFresh and sustainable
- β1/2 cup Juicy lime juiceFreshly squeezed

- β1/4 teaspoon Clasico aji amarillo pepperDiced

Cut the fish into small pieces and place in a shallow dish.

Squeeze the lime juice over the fish and mix well.

Add the red onion, cabbage, aji amarillo pepper, salt, and black pepper to the dish.
