Smoked Salmon Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry made with smoked salmon, Canadian noodles, and some Asian-inspired flavors.
Ingredients
- β6 oz Smoked Canadian salmon
- β8 oz Canadian noodlespreferably rice noodles
- β2 cloves Wild garlicor substitute with 2 tsp garlic powder
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1 tsp Honey
- β1/4 cup Green onionsfor garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the wild garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

Pour in the soy sauce and honey, and stir to coat the salmon.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the salmon and sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
