Turkish-Style Stir-Fried Lotus Kofte
A Chinese-inspired dish using Turkish-style kofte and lotus root, mixed with wholesome spices and crunchy vegetables. This recipe combines the flavors of the Mediterranean with the snap of Chinese cuisine.
Ingredients

- β4 Turkish-style koftehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Wholesome vegetable oilpeanut or canola oil
- β1 medium Snappy carrotspeeled and sliced
- β2 tablespoons Wholesome soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon Turkish paprika

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced lotus root and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until it starts to soften.

Add the sliced carrots and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the Turkish-style kofte and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
