Warmly Toasted American Casserole
A comforting, warmly toasted American casserole made with almond and a medley of cheeses.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups, cubed Warm Bread
- β1 cup, shredded American Cheese
- β1 cup Almond Milk
- β1/4 cup, melted Butter
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- β1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Parsley

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add the cubed bread and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, flour, salt, and black pepper.
