Mexican Cheesy Pasta Bake

Ingredients

- ●2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1 cup sour cream
- ●1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- ●1 cup diced red onion
- ●1 cup sliced jalapeños
- ●1 cup chopped cilantro
- ●2 tsp Mexican seasoning
- ●2 tbsp olive oil

Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
