Jamaican Jerk Tiger Prawns
Crispy prawns with aromatic Jamaican jerk spices, served as a Chinese-inspired appetizer.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup gratin cheeseshredded
- β2 tablespoons brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon jamaican jerk seasoning
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1/4 cup scallions
- β1 clove garlic
- β1-inch piece ginger

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, and Jamaican jerk seasoning.

Add the mixture to the prawns and toss to coat.

Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Transfer the prawns to a baking sheet and top with grated cheese.
