Warm Harees Pudding
A French-inspired twist on the traditional Middle Eastern harees pudding, served warm and silky.

- β1/2 cup date syrup
- β2 tsp rose water
- β1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- β1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- β2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

Combine wheat berries and water in a large saucepan.
