French Fried Brioche
A classic French dessert, French Fried Brioche is a twist on the traditional bread, made crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Ingredients
- β1 loaf Brioche
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β1 Egg
- β1/2 cup Milkwarm
- β2 tablespoons Butter, melted
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Cut the brioche into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.

In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg, and milk until well combined.

Add the melted butter to the bowl and whisk until smooth.

Add the brioche cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the egg mixture.

Dip each brioche cube into the warm milk and then coat in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Carefully place the coated brioche cubes into the hot oil.

Fry the brioche for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried brioche from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
