Korean Kimchi Rice Bowl
A flavorful and spicy Korean-inspired dish made with kimchi, warm rice, and pecorino cheese.

Ingredients
- β2 cups Warm ricepreferably day-old rice
- β1 cup Kimchistore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup, crumbled Pecorino cheese
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

Cook the warm rice according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, kimchi, and soy sauce. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the rice mixture to a serving bowl.

Top the rice with crumbled pecorino cheese, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.

Drizzle sesame oil over the top of the dish.
