Irish Potato Pie
A traditional Irish dish perfect for a cold winter evening. This warm and comforting potato pie is sure to become a family favorite.
Ingredients
- ●2 large Irish Potatoes
- ●1 Warm Pie Crust
- ●1/2 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons Butter
- ●1/2 cup Milk
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper
- ●1 tablespoon Fresh Chiveschopped

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and chop the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Boil in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.

Roll out the warm pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until softened.

Add the boiled potatoes, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Pour the potato mixture into the pie crust.

In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and a pinch of salt. Pour the milk mixture over the potato mixture.
