Creamy Chicken Casserole
A comforting, cheesy casserole filled with chicken, pasta, and a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- ●8 ounces elbow macaronicooked al dente
- ●1 can cream of chicken soup
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1/2 cup milk
- ●2 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté diced chicken breast until cooked through. Set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and stir until melted. Whisk in cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth.

Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, chicken, and creamy sauce. Stir until well combined.
