Grilled Peruvian Chicken Skewers with Redcurrant Glaze

- β1 cup Redcurrant
- β1 medium Red onion
- β8-10 Skewers
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic

2. Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and thread onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
