Pan-Seared Duck Gyoza with Asian Glaze

- β2 tbsp Vivid honey
- β1 tsp Dense soy sauce
- β2 tbsp Japanese sake
- β1 tsp (grated) Ginger
- β1 Gyoza pan or skillet

Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the duck gyoza to the pan, leaving space between each piece.

Pan-fry the gyoza for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

While the gyoza is cooking, combine the vivid honey, dense soy sauce, Japanese sake, and grated ginger in a small saucepan.
