Spicy Udon Noodles

Ingredients
- β250g Udon noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oilfor flavor
- β2 tablespoons Soy saucefor flavor
- β1/4 cup Sesame seedsfor garnish
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β2 tablespoons Spicy saucesuch as sriracha
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the sesame oil and soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.

Add the cooked udon noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until well coated with the sauce.

Add the sesame seeds and chopped green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
