Spicy Udon Noodle Stir Fry
A keto-friendly and spicy stir-fry featuring udon noodles, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp vibrant red pepper flakes
- β2 tbsp spicy miso paste
- β2 tbsp japanese sesame oil
- β1/4 cup scallionschopped
- β1 tsp grated ginger
- β1 clove garlicminced

Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the spicy miso paste, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the spicy miso paste mixture over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
