Lamb Skewers with Smoky Glaze
Grilled lamb skewers smothered in a sweet and smoky glaze, perfect for a quick and easy gluten-free meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup Smoky BBQ saucemake sure it's gluten-free
- β1 cup Vibrant vegetable skewers (colorful bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- β2 tablespoons Canadian maple syrup
- β12-15 Skewers (wooden or metal)
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread lamb cubes and vibrant vegetable skewers onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

In a small bowl, whisk together smoky BBQ sauce and Canadian maple syrup.
