Turkish Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish originating from the streets of Turkey, made with tender lamb and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 teaspoons Turkish red pepper flakesSpicy and aromatic
- β1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Vibrant sumac

In a large bowl, combine lamb cubes, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb cubes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer the lamb to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the lamb cubes back to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until cooked through.

Sprinkle sumac over the lamb and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
