- β1 cup Vibrant bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes
- β2 cups Mexican Ricecooked
- β1 Avocadosliced
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 Limejuiced
- β1/2 cup Queso Frescocrumbly
